“FREEDOM FROM SIN”

To the Jews who had believed him,
Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are
Really my disciples. Then you will know the truth,
And the truth will set you free.”

John 8:31-32

To let go of the control we think we have on our lives is very hard to do. Sometimes we continue to make the same mistakes over and over again. We hold onto the “baggage” in our lives because we think we can fix it or maybe we are holding on to punish ourselves. Once we are willing to let our will be destroyed and let God’s will be done, we will be set free and will be able to live our lives with no fear. We will be able to live each and every day abundantly through God’s will.

PRAYER:

Dear God, I thank you for how you love me and give of yourself for me. I thank you for giving up your son’s life for our sins so that we can live our lives knowing that when we ask for your forgiveness it will always be granted. I thank you for the strength and comfort I have in my life. With you in my life I can fear no more. In your son’s name I pray. Amen
