On the first Monday afternoon of every month, the tables are full in the dining room at the Gathering Place. From 2 to  3 o’clock there is laughter, chatting, and friendly competition for the women who are there to playing bingo. The members of God’s Grace provide this very unique opportunity to the women who have come to the Gathering Place for the daytime services offered there. These women are experiencing homelessness and poverty and have come to the Gathering Place to receive assistance in making positive life changes. In 2011, 417 women participated in the games and 241 gift cards were given out as prizes.

If you would like to be a part of this very special activity, please join us! We meet in the parking lot of the Home Depot near I-25 and Arapahoe at 1:15 on the first Monday of every month to carpool to the Gathering Place, 1535 High St. Denver.  For more information contact Debbie Coppola . 

GGCC also collects toiletries and non-perishable items for Betsy's Cupboard.  Much needed items can be brought to the church each Sunday.
