Sunday to Monday / Unity in Jesus' Footsteps

Therefore I, a prisoner for serving the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of your calling, for you have been called by God.  Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love.  Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace.

Paul, Ephesians 4:1-3 NLT

Yesterday we got to hear stories from the folks who traveled to Israel and how God showed up and their faith was impacted. One of the themes that came through their testimonies was that of unity - pilgrims from all over the world who come together to worship and praise God. If you were unable to be with us, you can watch it here. Prayers of the day are here.

Check out photos from yesterday and last week's ministries.

For your devotions, reflections and conversations this week.

  • What keeps us from unity in the faith? How might you contribute to unity in the Spirit?
  • Paul writes in Ephesians 4:1-3 that we “be patient with each other.” Who do you need to be patient with? Ask God for help.
  • Where in the Holy Land would you like to visit?
  • Looking ahead to next week: How is gratitude a spiritual practice for you?
