Sunday to Monday / Teach Us to Pray

The best words a kid or teacher can ever hear, "Snow Day!"

Not so much for church leaders. Douglas Country School District closed all their facilities on Sunday due to the weather.  And, they were probably right - the weather and the roads were bad. But we missed gathering together with you for worship.

Everything we were going to do yesterday: worship and the Annual Gathering & Celebration, has been pushed to this Sunday, March 1st.  We'll be looking for you!

The season of Lent is underway and we also hope you can join us for the Lent Midweek Missional Community & Soup Supper on Wednesday, February 25.  Soup's served at 6:30; worship at 7:00 p.m.  It's at Great Beginnings restaurant, on Lincoln about a mile east of I-25.  Click here for details and map.

We find Lent is a good time to focus on our prayer lives and so we have begun a series on the Lord's Prayer. Check out these cool links to images/songs/devotions on this prayer tool that Jesus gave the disciples when they asked him, "teach us to pray."
