Sunday to Monday / Such a Time as This

“For if you keep silence at such a time as this, relief and deliverance will rise for the Jews from another quarter, but you and your father’s family will perish. Who knows? Perhaps you have come to royal dignity for just such a time as this.”

Esther 4:14

Great morning of worship at GGCC. Celebrating Esther and the invitation we have from God to live into our calling. It was wonderful to meet and send off our new friend, Jordan Ham, who is moving to Nicaragua to serve as worship director at Bismark's church and to teach music. Did you miss it because you weren't able to be there? Go HERE to watch! (Our services are live-streamed on Sunday mornings and archived after.)

God goes with us into our week...may these discussion or thought starters bless your time with God and others this week.

  • When have you felt the “challenge of opportunity”? (See the book of Esther, special focus on Esther 4:14.)
  • Do you practice a faith that is all about you or, all about the Kingdom of God?
  • In living out your faith, which is more important: convenience or opportunity?
  • Looking ahead to next week: What do you learn from children? Or, do you learn anything from children?
