Sunday to Monday / Merry Christmas!
“Peace on earth
Hear it every Christmas time
But hope and history won’t rhyme
So what’s it worth
This peace on earth”
From Peace on Earth by U2
Merry Christmas! Merry Christmas! We hope you are enjoying this day of welcoming the Christ child to be born again in your heart. We had a great Christmas Eve celebration. The Band! (Awesome!) The treats! (Yummy!) The families! (Love!) The Message! (Thanks Pastor Dave!) The alternative candles! (Warm!)
God comes as this baby to an untraditional family, in an unlikely place to remind us that God gives us what we need: Security. Esteem. Power. Peace on Earth - it's ours for the taking. If you missed the message, you can watch it here.

For your reflection this week.
- Where are the places you pray the most for peace? Luke 2:14.
- Have you ever felt God’s peace wash over you, while a storm surrounded you?
- From where do you get: Security? Esteem? And Power? Watch a YouTube of Thomas Keating and pause a moment to ponder the teaching in prayer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XNkUcGtk4iw
- How might peace on earth begin anew in you, us and the world?
