Sunday to Monday | Jesus Loves the Kids

“Jesus was irate and let them know it!”

Mark 10:13-14 The Msg

We gathered to worship, praise and thank God and to hear the Word. Jesus turned the conventional thinking of the day on its head and leveled the playing field for women and for children. It's when we are honest and humble and not trying to get around God's desires for us that we live our best lives. If you missed being with us watch here. Pray with us here

Check out photos from the week's ministry.

Next Sunday is the annual Back to School Blessing for students, teachers, coaches, staff and parents.

Don't forget the upcoming Church Picnic on August 20.

For your devotions and conversations this week.

  • What are your thoughts on what God thinks of divorce? See Mark 10:2-9 for Bilbical support.
  • What place do children have in God’s kingdom? See Mark 10:13-16 for Biblical support.
  • Jesus seemed to love the vulnerable the most. Who is the world today risks the greatest vulnerability?
  • Looking ahead to next week: Who found Jesus to be dangerous? (See John 18:33-38)

Superb blog! Do you have any helpful hints for
aspiring writers? I'm planning to start my own site soon but I'm a little
lost on everything. Would you suggest starting with a free platform like Wordpress or go for a paid option? There are so
many options out there that I'm completely overwhelmed ..
Any ideas? Thank you!

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting
my own weblog and was wondering what all is required to get set up?
I'm assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny?

I'm not very web savvy so I'm not 100% positive.
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

I'm really enjoying the design and layout of your website.
It's a very easy on the eyes which makes it much more enjoyable for
me to come here and visit more often. Did you hire out a designer to create your theme?
Great work!
