From Leadership Wired by Dr. John C. Maxwell
On Sunday, Pastor Dave began a new sermon series about time. Yesterday’s sermon, entitled “It’s About Time,” was based on text from Ecclesiastes 3:1-8.
Some questions to help you reflect on Sunday’s message…
• When you hear the word “time,” what thoughts and feelings do you have?
• In Ecclesiastes 1:2 and 5:8 the author tells us life is “vanity.” Yet in 5:7 and 7:18 we are told to fear God. Is it possible to “fear a God who allows us to live a life we feel at times is “vanity?”
• Read Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. Which verse(s) stand out? What season of time are you in?
• Pray that God might bless your “time.”
