Sunday to Monday / Finding God in the Relationships

“Kabod”

abundance, honor, glory, splendor

Who are you mentoring? Who is mentoring you? Those are questions that Pastor DJ asked as he taught from the story of Moses and Joshua on the mountain of God (Exodus 24:12-18). Moses learned that one doesn't lead alone - we need partners, sidekicks, helpers. "Kabod" is the Hebrew word for the glory of God. When we wait for God, when serve and lead with others - we find kabod.  If you were unable to be present, you can watch here

It was our Back to School Blessing day. Students, teachers, administrators, staff, coaches, and parents were blessed to Shine this school year.

They each received a glow in the dark star and a card with this image to remind them that they are light and can shine God's love in their schools and communities.
