Sunday to Monday | No Grown Ups Allowed

When was the last time you played dress up like a child?  On Sunday, Pastor Dave helped us to remember to be be more joyful.  Let's bear witness to Jesus by nurturing the childlike qualities that are in each of us if we intend to experience His kingdom.

"God is happiest when he sees his children at play."

And here are some questions to guide you through the rest of the week:

  • ”Let the little children come unto me, for it is to such as these that the kingdom of heaven belongs.” (Mark 10:14) What characteristics does a child have that Jesus would want to offer them inheritance such as this?
  • How might you reach out to bless a child this week?
  • Were you ever taken up into “arms that felt like Jesus” and blessed as a child? (Mark 10:16) Could the child in you use such a blessing this day?
  • Prayerfully consider this text in the coming week, Mark 10:13-16.  Where do you see the dynamics of its teaching in business, schools, work, family, neighbors, and yourself?
