• What do you think of the German definition of worry (worgen), "to strangle"?  Or the Greek definition of worry, “to divide”?  Does this describe what worry is like for you?
• In Matthew 6:24, Jesus focused on the issues of “today”.  How many of your anxieties come from
  events of the past and concern for the future?
• Take some time to pray over the verse “…not one sparrow falls to the ground without God…” (Matthew 10:29).  Allow that certainty that we are not alone in times of anxiety to ease your stress.
