Not Done Yet!

Crafting you – He’s not done yet!

I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well. Psalm 139:14

An image came up on my computer screen today and it reminded me of how long it takes before God is done. The image was of a canyon, perhaps in Utah.

When our son was little, we stopped at the Grand Canyon on a road trip we were taking. And, he exclaimed, “Wow, God made this!” and, yes, God did make it – but he didn’t make it in a day. And, is it done? No, it is still being formed. God is working on his creation, all things in this world, all the time. Same goes for us – he isn’t done with me yet, and I’m anxious to see what he’ll do with me next.

And yet, O Lord, you are our Father. We are the clay, and you are the potter. We all are formed by your hand. Isaiah 64:8 NLT
