God Speaks

This week I got to go spend a few days on Lake Dillon for Sabbath retreat. (A gift I am so grateful for from GGCC.)

It was incredibly beautiful. It was quiet. And through the gift of the Holy Spirit, I was able to disengage and leave the “chatter” and busyness behind.

I read one book and large parts of two others.* I took long walks. I rested. I just was.

Thank you.

In our creation story, God speaks and things are.

We gather on Sunday morning to remember with awe and wonder the things God creates. We’ll be looking for you at 9:00 or 10:30 a.m.

Grace and peace,

* Books I read:

Simplify: Ten Practices to Unclutter Your Soul by Bill Hybels

Rising Strong by Brene Brown

A Circle of Quiet by Madeline L'Engle

Hey just wanted to give you a quick heads up and let you know a few of the pictures aren't loading properly.
I'm not sure why but I think its a linking issue. I've tried it in two different web browsers and both show the same results.
