“ENCOURAGEMENT & HOPE”

“May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and
God our father, who loved us and by his grace
Gave us eternal encouragement and good hope,
Encourage your hearts and strengthen you
in every Good and word.”    2 Thessalonians 2.1-17

Sometimes we feel like walking away from God. Life is unfair and we don’t think it should be so difficult. Jesus never promised us that is would be easy. We have to keep our faith and hope that Jesus will take over all of our troubles. Jesus didn’t come to make our lives more difficult. He came to give us encouragement, hope and love to live them with joy.

PRAYER:

Dear God, I ask for you to take over all of my frustrations, sorrows and fears so that I can live my life with joy. Open my heart to accept your encouragement and hope to live my life as a faithful follower. In your son’s name, Jesus, I pray.
