Doing What's Right

Everyone who is a child of God conquers the world. And this is the victory that conquers the world:           Our Faith

1 John 5:4

Sometimes I get inpatient with my own life, whether it’s trying to master a good habit or control a bad one, and in my frustration I begin to wonder where the power of God is. Why do I have this job? Why does my family have financial issues? I hear his voice telling me, “Be Patient.” God is using my difficulties today to strengthen me for tomorrow. He is equipping me. The God who makes all things grow will help me bear fruit.

When I take time to pray and meditate, I dwell on the fact that God lives within me. When I think about the power that gives me life, I am in awe, and I have a strength I never knew existed. The realization that God is swelling within me changes the places I want to go and the things I want to do today.

I try to do what is right: every day. Whatever it is, whatever comes down the path, whatever problems and dilemmas I face: I hear God’s voice saying, “Do what is right.” Often times, I feel like no one else is doing what is right! But I will try to do what is right. I’ll be honest. I’ll take a stand. I’ll be true. After all, regardless of what I do, God always does what is right. He saves me with his grace.

I want to finish my thohugt here. If God treated us fairly Jesus would have never died on the cross. and we would have never been offered salvation. I praise God that He loves me, He never fails me and He goes to plan B and on. Look ho w He blessed Israel, they sinned and went away from God countless times, but He was faithful and loved them any way. Romans 5:8 But God commended His love toward us, in that while we were sinners Christ died for us. Praise be to God!
