Dear Children of the Heavenly Parent,

“Two boys began to argue over who would get the first pancake. Their mother saw the opportunity for a moral lesson. She said, "If Jesus were sitting here he would say, ’Let my brother have the first pancake. I can wait.’  Kevin turned to his younger brother and said, ’Okay Ryan, you be Jesus.’ ” (Through a Child’s Eyes, ”The African Summer Pulpit, 5 -Summer 2002, 19.)

In Mark the 10th chapter verse 14, Jesus is very clear that God's favorites are children. “Let the little ones come unto me and do not stop them; for it is to such as these that the Kingdom of God belongs.”

How much do you value children? Could someone review the ledger of your time spent, and dollars offered and know you love children?

How well is the child of God within you nurtured?  Do you pray to God that you will be adventuresome, trusting, joyful, and playful regardless of your chronological age?

Prayers: For children everywhere.

Still in One Peace,

Pastor David J Jensen

a brand new spin on a topic which has been discussed for ages.

Great stuff, just great!
